Zachary is still in quite a bit of pain. The bumps have gotten much worse. The following is the most recent post from his caring bridge. He had a biopsy and was diagnosed Erythema Nodosum.
Zachary's legs are worse than they have ever been. He has a rather large one on the back of his leg. He is asking when they are going to get better. He is living in pain every day and it is becoming hard for him. We return to the doctor on Thursday. I will be asking for something different to treat him. I will be very upset if they try to push him off on a ped dermatologist they saw him , diagnosed him and should treat him. He is tired and wants to be done with this. He has had a rough 7-8 months and is ready to be "normal". Please pray that he is able to get relief and rest. We as parents are sad that he has had to go through all of this. Zachary has proven allot these past months that when life gives him lemons he can and WILL make lemonade from them. He has not been normal in months and longs for that but is making the best of this as much as he can. It makes me cry for him. I want this be done for him too. I can barely remember what he was like before, before this started months ago when his health began to go down hill. He is asleep now hopefully he will not wake with new spots.
